Milk Based Desserts like Kheer, Rasmalai etc need to be refrigerated unlike the regular pedas or burfi. You cannot leave it at room temperature for long. Store it in an air tight container for about 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator. You can also freeze it in a freezer safe container for about 1 month.
